Every project gets the best Landplan has to offer from the $500 TCP, to the $5 million subdivision. Every project matters because every client matters, and you never know when a client relationship that starts with a $600 perk test will grow to include a 50-square mile development (like the one we are currently designing in Houston).
Pictured is a building that has flooded several times over the last 20+ years that a new commercial client of ours (ZM Commercial) wanted to elevate. The serving Municipal Utility District required a permit with an updated site layout, even though the footprint was only marginally changed, so ZM came to Landplan. Our work to solve the permitting issue needed only one plan sheet, but hopefully in doing so, the building has weathered its last flood damage. One plan sheet may not seem like much, but it mattered to our client, so it mattered to us. Here’s to our new client ZM Commercial, we look forward to watching your developments grow exponentially!
