The developers of this multi-family residential development retained Landplan Engineering in 1998. Located in Kansas City, Missouri, Phase I of the complex saw construction of approximately 200 dwelling units. The concept design and master plan developed by Landplan embraced the natural character of the site, while emphasizing efficiencies in site use and construction.

Services provided by Landplan Engineering included rezoning representation, traffic impact study, and stormwater drainage study, as well as both on- and off-site street, water line, storm sewer and sanitary sewer design. Landplan Engineering also provided construction staking and construction administration services during the implementation phase.
