This 20-acre commercial development is located northwest of 33rd and Iowa Streets in Lawrence. The SuperTarget anchor includes a building of 162,000 gross square feet and parking for 850 vehicles. Landplan was responsible for developing pedestrian and vehicular traffic circulation, which required the relocation of Nieder Road throughout the development as well as improvements to 33rd Street.

Following completion of the initial SuperTarget project, Landplan was involved in the development of seven additional pad sites. Each site was reviewed with the City and small changes were made to the master plan. Pedestrian access was provided from each outlot to the main anchor store within the development.
