Signalization

Traffic signal design creates efficient vehicular movements through intersections, passage of emergency vehicles, and safe pedestrian crossings as well as provides progressive movement along corridors and networks. However, signalization is becoming increasingly complex in the attempt to address an expanding number of options without confusing drivers.

Starting with the geometrics and measured traffic volumes, Landplan Engineering designs signalization for both immediate needs as well as accommodation of likely future changes. In addition to signal type and configuration, structural and control elements are incorporated in signalization plans.
