Streetscape Design

The image of city is directly impacted by the view down its main street. This is true of commercial developments as well. Streetscape design is often a key component to redevelopment efforts. The streetscape sets the aesthetics of sidewalks, plantings, building entrances, parking, lighting, and signage.

Distincitve communities are Landplan’s goal. The firm has set the image of new communities as well as re-establishing older communities, both small and large. Streetscapes are development with an awareness of the Client’s desires, but also the needs of existing businesses and residents. An awareness of amenities and trends is combined to creatively present a community. Value engineering review plays an important role in the firm’s identification of cost effective enhancements to streetscape features.
