Landplan is active in assisting to locate and evaluate potential sites. In some instances, we can identify potential sites from parcel data to which we maintain access. Presentations may be made to clients utilizing GIS system aerials and investigated before multiple layers of agents become involved, thereby reducing client real estate fees. Landplan provides in-depth due diligence services, and for repeat clients, we will often act as a member of the client’s team, identifying possible site drainage, access, and utility issues prior to contract so that only those services required for a site’s development are contracted.

Landplan is known not only for planning, site design, and survey expertise, but also for getting the job done quickly. A number of firms utilize Landplan for fast-track projects. In a recent instance, we moved a multi-use parcel through zoning, required neighborhood comment meetings, planning approvals, survey, design, and construction in less than seven months from the client’s first look at the property to a constructed facility open for business!
