Landplan has developed a specialized team to work with cities to re-invigorate or to create new environments in growing areas that emphasize a community feeling. Oftentimes our efforts must combine a historical perspective as well as meet growing traffic flow and parking requirements to maintain the viability of long established downtown districts confronted with change.
