LANDPLAN ENGINEERING OPENS MANHATTAN OFFICE, Lawrence, Kansas...Landplan Engineering, PA announces the opening of a new branch office in Manhattan, Kansas. The Manhattan office, located at 315 Houston Street, allows Landplan to provide timely civil engineering, landscape architecture and surveying services to clients in the Manhattan metropolitan area. Janelle N. Phillips, PE, LEED AP, a graduate of both Kansas State University and University of Kansas, serves as office manager and is responsible for client development and project management. Landplan Engineering continues to work with surrounding communities such as Junction City and Abilene, as well as Manhattan, on matters regarding land development and focuses on sustainable development issues with local design professionals.
