LANDPLAN ENGINEERING ADDS NEW STAFF MEMBERS, Lawrence, Kansas...James (Zhen) Zhan and Rosanna Wininger have joined the Landplan Engineering team

James Zhan is a landscape architect in Landplan’s Kansas City, Missouri office. He holds Masters Degrees in Landscape Architecture and Community & Regional Planning from Iowa State University as well as a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Beijing Forestry University. Mr. Zhan has experience in urban design, park and recreation site planning, and residential and commercial site development. Current projects include 127th Street Streetscape in Olathe, Kansas and Clear Creek Trail East in Shawnee, Kansas.

Rosanna Wininger is the new receptionist/administrative assistant in Landplan Engineering’s Lawrence, Kansas office. She provided administrative support for civil engineering, landscape architecture and planning projects in addition to her receptionist duties.
