Kansas City, Missouri
As a subconsultant working with International Architects Atelier in 2003, Landplan Engineering prepared the topographic survey and site plans for the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art Offices at 44th Street and Warwick Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. The construction documents included site layout, grading plans and erosion control, stormwater management, sanitary sewer and water, and construction details. Two concepts for a landscape plan were created to address the client’s expressed desire to a screen a newly created parking lot and to accommodate outdoor functions on the front lawn as well as a future proposed sculpture garden.
