East Hills Business Park

Landplan Engineering served as the primary planner and development consultant for the East Hills Business Park. Landplan provided conceptual and final planning, transportation and access resolution, platting, and development infrastructure design, as well as photogrammetric control, interior alignment and control surveys for this 320-acre complex.

Since the completion of the Business Park, Landplan Engineering has served as the site designer and civil engineer for subsequent tenants, including Sauer Danfass, ProSoCo, Garage Door Group, Kinedyne Corporation, National Computer Services, and Serologicals.
